Moreover, they made it nice and easy to organise the rental remotely (I was visiting from overseas for 3 months) and were understanding to delays due to being in another country. I've recommended them to a few colleagues who have travelled to Hoboken since then and would certainly get in touch with them next time I need accommodation there."

"I love Hoboken! I made a big decision to move back to Chicago to attend grad school and that meant giving up my stellar apt ... with a washer & dryer! I lived in Hoboken for seven years and really wish I had found this apartment earlier on. The apartment, located at 8th and Garden, has its own private entrance ... lion doork knocker and all. It felt like I was living in my very own cottage! It has ample space, is warm and inviting and has tons of light. It was in such a great spot that friends would just drop by. Like on tv! I loved being able to just walk half a block to get groceries or swing by a boutique. The bus stop is two blocks away and drops you at Port Authority. SO convenient. It's just as easy to walk to the PATH train. It was rare that I had any problems -- but the typical maintenance issues were answered immediately. The owners are great -- they actually gave me a holiday present. At the time, I had only lived there a month. It was very touching. Working with HKR Management LLC was the best apartment experience I've had in both cities I've lived in: Hoboken and Chicago."

"I resided in two of their apartments over the years and HKR Management really helped me out when I got a job transfer while I still had eight months remaining on my lease. Yikes! While I could have been on the hook for a broker's fee to re-rent the apartment and also paying rent if the apartment was vacant (the recession in 2009 yielded a lot of vacant apartments in Hoboken), they took on the task of finding multiple new tenants at no charge, they waived their early termination fee , and I wound up getting my entire security deposit back!!!"
